Prompt
Brand voice extractor prompt
Paste your three best pieces of writing; get a reusable voice guide — rules, vocabulary, and before/afters — that keeps every future AI draft on-brand.

You already have a brand voice — it’s in your best emails and pages. The problem is it lives nowhere an AI (or a new hire) can use it. This prompt extracts it into a portable voice guide: the writing equivalent of the design tokens described in Design tokens in plain English.
The prompt
Analyze the writing samples below and extract a reusable BRAND VOICE GUIDE.
Describe only what's actually present in the samples — don't import generic
"brand voice" advice.
Output:
1. VOICE SUMMARY — the personality in 2-3 sentences, as instructions to a
writer ("Write like...").
2. RULES — 5-8 concrete do/don't rules observable in the samples
(sentence length, formality, humor, how claims are made, greetings/sign-offs).
3. VOCABULARY — words/phrases we actually use; words that would feel wrong.
4. BEFORE/AFTER — take two generic business sentences and rewrite each in
this voice, so the difference is visible.
Format it so I can paste the whole thing into another AI's instructions as
"write in this voice."

[paste]How to adapt it
- Choose samples you’re proud of, not recent ones — the guide clones whatever you feed it.
- Test it immediately: give the guide + a boring announcement to a fresh chat and see if the output sounds like you. Fix the rules it gets wrong.
- The output slots directly into the VOICE line of Lead reply drafter prompt and Proposal narrative generator prompt, and into the playbooks in The AI playbook template.
